After each phase, we'll have a check-in to assess your progress and make any adjustments to ensure the plan continues to align with your needs and goals. This ensures a flexible, adaptive approach to optimizing your performance and preparing you for race day!
There are no minimum requirements to get started. However, to ensure you get the most out of the program and set yourself up for success, I recommend being able to comfortably run 5km before signing up for this half marathon training plan.
