The program is divided into three key phases: base-building, peak & taper. After each phase, we'll have a check-in to assess your progress and make any adjustments to ensure the plan continues to align with your needs and goals. This ensures a flexible, adaptive approach to optimizing your performance and preparing you for race day!
You should be able to comfortably maintain a weekly mileage of at least 40km/ 25miles and complete a long run of 14km/ 9miles at a steady pace
