The Summer Speed Program is an 8-week coached running program designed to help athletes of all levels improve speed, endurance, and performance through structured workouts and expert coaching. This program will offer two in person coached workouts per week and other running days will be on your own. Mileage will be around 20 per week, speeds are based on your VDOT.
