The Summer Speed Program is an 8-week coached running program designed to help athletes of all levels improve speed, endurance, and performance through structured workouts and expert coaching. The program will begin on May 19th and end on July 16. We will meet Tuesdays and Thursdays for coached track workouts at Brentwood High School's track. Additional training will include mileage will be around 20 per week, speeds are based on your VDOT. We will have two time trials to keep your efforts on trail. This is a fun opportunity to make big changes in your running performance.

At Fleet Feet Nashville we coach athletes in Nashville and surrounding areas, helping area runners succeed in half marathons, full marathon and general running performance.
