You'll receive: -1 Initial Video Consult (30 minutes; optional, but recommended) to discuss your experience, goals, time commitments, etc. This will allow me, as your coach, to provide a plan that fits your lifestyle and helps you achieve your goals -WEEKLY Check-ins: 1x/week email or video check-ins to provide accountability and support, celebrate success, determine if any training adjustments need to be made, or identify possible barriers or challenges -Monthly Strength Training Plan that aligns with your running goals and timeline (build during off-season, taper for races, etc.); currently provided via Google Excel spreadsheet for dual access -Race day pacing strategy and tips (additional call to disucss if desired), plus post-race debriefs -Nutrition support and guidance, plus development of race day nutrition plan (half marathon, marathon, ultramarathon) -Unlimited email access for any questions or concerns that may arise between check-ins -My 'Ultimate Runner's Guide (pdf)' that will teach you the ins and outs of running, basic physiology, and how to maximize your running performance -Access to any group subscription materials or monthly trainings (coming soon) All workouts are customized based on your training history and current fitness. Once you've set up your calendar, you will always have access to your workouts and can update paces in the future. The app records and organizes your PRs and recent and future race results.
