Finish STRONG though the finish line of your 5k, don't just crawl across it. The goal of this Plan is to FINISH a 5K after a long break from running - however you define that (weeks/months/years?). This plan is meant to get you to cross the finish line. It can help you PR, but its not meant to do so.
Must be willing to run 3-5x/week. Top weekly mileage will be 20-25 miles/week.

Running never came naturally to me...but I stayed persistent.
