Work one-on-one with a private coach and receive custom workouts uploaded to your V.O2 training calendar. All workouts are based on your training history and current fitness level to allow you to progress and build appropriately. With private coaching you will ensure that you receive a program built just for you and your goals! Emails and text message communication will ensure that all questions are answered in a timely fashion.
I want to work with motivated individuals who have been training/running for at least two years and can run at least 30 miles per week. If you have some running experience and can train at least 5 days per week we will be a good match for each other!

I have been the head track and field and cross country coach at UIW in San Antonio, TX since 2005. I have coached at the college level since 2003 after completing my college running career at McMurry University. I have coached runners of all levels to personal bests at all distances! I am also a USTFCCCA internationally strength certified coach with the ability to combine running and strength training into the total fitness package.
