I have been the head track and field and cross country coach at UIW in San Antonio, TX since 2005. I have coached at the college level since 2003 after completing my college running career at McMurry University. I have coached runners of all levels to personal bests at all distances! I am also a USTFCCCA internationally strength certified coach with the ability to combine running and strength training into the total fitness package.
