Work with me one-on-one to achieve your specific running goals. We will have an initial discussion so I can learn about your goals, current level of fitness, schedule, any history of injury, etc. Then, I'll create your training plan and update it on an ongoing basis for maximum flexibility. We will meet virtually (over video call or phone call) once a month to check in on how things are going, especially focusing on incorporating aspects of holistic training and injury prevention (running, strength, mobility, nutrition, recovery). You can text, email, or contact me through V.O2 at any time for questions, motivation, or advice.

I am an International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) certified running coach and a runner myself. My certification gives me the knowledge to help runners meet their goals and my running experience enables me to understand the runner experience firsthand.
