Description

This is a one-time, personalised custom running training plan covering any distance from the mile up to the marathon, and general fitness. Included is a 30-minute consultation to establish goals, creation of a custom plan with specific information such as date/day, distance, pace, and two emails per month to check in, ask questions, and/or make minor adjustments. Perfect if you need some guidance and accountability from a professional coach at an affordable price.

Minimum Requirements

Complete a time trial after the consultation. Runners need to be self-motivated and ready to commit.
