This is a plan for those with some experience in running short distance ultras who want to step up in distance to 100km ultras but don't feel ready to tackle the 100km Training Plan. This will get you ready for the 100km Training Plan and should be completed in the 8 weeks leading up to that plan. Minimum Week - 36.9km Maximum Week - 63km
