What's Included: -VO2 Max Test: Performed at our partner lab, Integrative Performance in Arlington Virginia. Test will measure aerobic capacity, thresholds, and heart-rate zones. -Video Gait Analysis: Recorded during your test to evaluate your running mechanics, posture, and efficiency. -Training Integration Session (30 min): A coaching session where we review your gait footage and discuss how to apply the lab's findings to your running. This will cover pacing, drills, and strength focus areas tailored to your goals
