One of my favorite aspects of running is the science. I'm lucky that, every day, I get to interpret VO2max tests and use the science of exercise physiology to make people fitter, and I've thoroughly enjoyed becoming V.O2 certified to tie it all together for my athletes. I was developed as a runner myself using the V.O2 system in high school, and its principles have held strong over the years in my training and coaching.
