Description

New to running? Not sure which distance you want to train for? Not ready to dedicate 16, 18, or 20 weeks? Training for general fitness? This plan is specifically tailored to improve your fitness without the 16-20 weeks commitment Plan includes run workouts, cross training, recovery exercises, and suggested strength training for runners. Athletes are recommended to train with Coach Nih for at least 2 months to assess fitness levels and improvement.

Minimum Requirements

Athlete must be in physical condition to walk/run and be willing to work hard to achieve their goals.

Communication

1 email per week, 1 text-message per week, 1 call per month, 1 in-person session per month
