This plan is specifically tailored to improve your fitness without the 16-20 weeks commitment Plan includes run workouts, cross training, recovery exercises, and suggested strength training for runners. Athletes are recommended to train with Coach Nih for at least 2 months to assess fitness levels and improvement.
Athlete must be in physical condition to walk/run and be willing to work hard to achieve their goals.
1 email per week, 1 text-message per week, 1 call per month, 1 in-person session per month
