What You Receive Each Month Every athlete is coached through a fully customized experience designed around their goals, fitness, and lifestyle. Each month includes: -A fully customized training plan tailored to your current fitness and goal race -Ongoing race planning and strategy support -Strength training guidance to support performance and injury prevention -Weekly check-ins and plan adjustments based on your progress and feedback -Detailed workout feedback to help refine execution and consistency This is not a static plan—it’s a living, adaptive coaching relationship that evolves as you do. Coaching Philosophy My coaching is shaped by real-world experience across every stage of performance and life. I am a busy professional balancing training, work, and family life. I am a military veteran who understands discipline and preparation under pressure. I am a parent who knows the importance of motivation, patience, and consistency. And I am an athlete who has experienced injury, setbacks, and comebacks firsthand. That combination has shaped a coaching style built on resilience, empathy, and practicality. Who This Is For This program is designed for runners of all levels, including: -First-time runners and Couch-to-5K athletes -5K, 10K, half marathon, and marathon runners -Busy professionals and parents balancing training with life -Athletes chasing personal records -Runners returning from injury or time away (Not intended for ultra-distance athletes.)
