This program offers a fully coached training experience that combines personalized 1:1 guidance with structured group sessions to support performance, consistency, and long-term progress. You’ll work directly with a private coach who designs custom training plans based on your running history, current fitness level, availability, and goals. All workouts are uploaded to your online training calendar, giving you clear daily guidance and long-term structure. As your fitness improves, paces and workouts are adjusted to ensure continued progress—without guesswork. Your training platform serves as a central hub for your development. It records and organizes your personal records, past and upcoming race results, and projected finish times, helping you track progress and stay motivated over time. What’s Included -Personalized Coaching -Custom training plan tailored to your goals, schedule, and experience -Ongoing plan adjustments as fitness and availability change -Access to your coach for guidance, feedback, and accountability -Online Training Platform -Daily workouts uploaded to a personal training calendar -Long-term access to your training history and future plans -Automatic tracking of PRs, race results, and performance projections In-Person Training Sessions (2x per week) -Tuesday Group Speed & Agility Session Focused on speed development, mechanics, and efficiency through structured track or quality workouts paired with agility and strength elements. Saturday Group Long Run Session -Guided long runs with purpose, pacing strategy, and group accountability to build endurance and confidence. Consistency, openness, and a willingness to show up. This program works best for athletes who are ready to train with intention, communicate honestly, and commit to the process—even when life gets busy. If you’re motivated to improve and willing to put in the work, we’ll handle the rest together.
