Once you have set up your calendar you will always have access to your workouts and can update pace in the future as you fitness changes. The app records and organizes your PRs, recent and future race results and projected finishing times. This package includes a Tech Tee, 2 in-person sessions weekly. 1 group Tuesday Speed Work + agility session. 1 group Saturday Long Run session.
