This half marathon training plan is designed for runners looking to build mileage and incorporate speedwork leading into a half marathon race. Each week of this plan includes one speed session, one quality longrun session, and three easy runs. Mileage gradually builds to a peak of 45 miles/week, and workouts progressively increase in intensity. If you're looking to work hard and run a PR, this plan is for you! This plan does not include regular communication throughout your build, but feel free to reach out prior to purchasing and I am happy to answer any questions!
