Description

Creation of a one-time individualized marathon training plan that will be made available in the VDOT app. The plan will be based on your Athlete Questionnaire that will cover Racing history (if applicable), Training History, & Current Running Level. The athlete will be free to use VDOT to track their progress; however, updates to training will not be made after the initial plan has been published to your calendar on the app. A phone consultation option is available for purchase to discuss before creation of the plan or during the plan's use. The option to switch or continue with private coaching is available as well.

Minimum Requirements

A base fitness level & running experience may purchase this product. The athlete must complete the questionnaire that will be sent out prior to the building of the plan.
