All workouts are customized based on your training history and current fitness. Once you’ve setup your calendar you will always have access to your workouts and can update paces in the future. The VDOT app records and organizes your PRs and race results. I offer email support twice a week, plus an optional weekly call to review, tweak, or modify your plan for the week ahead.
