The desire and commitment to 30 minutes of exercise, 3x per week, for 9 weeks.

Coach to those that want to improve their fitness. Passionate about translating dreams from 'One day' to 'Day one.' Experienced coaching folks from couch to 5k and 5k to the marathon. All ages and experience levels are welcome.
