This 12-week plan is customized to your current fitness level, running experience, and goals, and is delivered through the VDOT app for easy access from your phone or computer. After your purchase, you'll receive a questionnaire that helps me create a plan tailored specifically to you. If additional information is needed, I'll contact you by email before finalizing your schedule. Please allow 48-72 hours after I receive your completed questionnaire for your personalized training plan to be delivered.
