Private, personalized coaching designed for runners who want to begin running and for runners returning after a lengthy break. This plan is customized to your individual running background, goals, and current fitness level, and is adjusted over time based on your feedback, recovery, and real-life circumstances. The focus is on building consistency, listening to your body, and gaining confidence at a pace that feels realistic and sustainable. Rather than rigid timelines, the emphasis is on long-term progress and staying healthy enough to keep running. Ongoing guidance, plan adjustments, and coach feedback are provided to support you as you establish or return to a running routine that fits your life and evolves with you.
Participants should be able to walk comfortably for at least 30 minutes, have completed a walk-run program, or be prepared to transition into one. A willingness to communicate, follow a personalized training plan, and listen to your body is expected. Please allow up to 48 hours after sign-up for your plan to be reviewed and customized based on your background, goals, and current fitness. Medical clearance is recommended before starting or resuming any running program.
