Purchase of a training plan includes an initial 30-minute consultation call to make sure the plan fits your current fitness level and lifestyle.

I am a recently retired professional runner with the Under Armour Baltimore Distance group. I have PRs of 3:51 for the mile, 13:31 for 5k, and 2:31 for the marathon. I've also been an assistant coach of Johns Hopkins Track & Field for the last 3 years and have independently coached athletes to two Maryland Games Masters 1500m Gold medals and a 2027 Boston Marathon Qualifier.
