Description

This training plan is designed for people of all fitness levels to start training for a 5k. It includes 90 days of running workouts designed for people just getting into running or experienced athletes coming from an off-season. This grants you access to the entire training plan. If you have questions, do not hesitate to contact me! This program is designed to start from nothing and slowly builds up to a 5K at the end of the training plan. The slow build is to prevent injuries and get your body used to running. By the end of the program, you will be able to run a 5K competitively!
