Individualized coaching for high school runners focused on the 800m- 5k. Training is customized to each athlete's fitness level with an emphasis on long-term development and consistent improvement.
Athletes receive structured, proven training that builds aerobic strength, race-specific fitness, and confidence - without overtraining or burnout. Plans are adjusted weekly to keep training effective, healthy, and aligned with competitive goals.
