I upload workouts to your online calendar and follow along to make sure it is working for you. We will communicate regularly by text, email or phone/Zoom to adjust if needed.

I have 20 years running experience and over 300 races. Like many I started running to lose weight, but soon signed up for a race and fell in love with it. I started with some 5K's and moved up to the marathon. I started helping other runners with their training. I found I really enjoyed helping others reaching their goals. Has a coach I believe in consistent training with the hard/easy approach and keeping it fun. When I worked with a coach it brought out my best results, having someone to help and keep me accountable.
