The general fitness plan reduces the amount of running and increases the strength, flexibility, and general fitness/wellness methods to make a healthier you. The runs will be based on increasing your aerobic health with less of a focus on race outcomes, and more of an emphasis on you taking control of your health and showing up each day as the best version of yourself. Plans will be renewed/evaluated on a month to month basis with no long term commitment. Worked into the plan will be some basic strength workouts to help make you the strongest version of yourself.
