This is a weekly custom run plan for general running or racing a distance of 5k up to half marathon. -This will include an initial phone consultation (can be over email as well, if time doesn't permit) -Creation of a custom weekly plan (date/day, distance, pace are all specified in the plan) -Email/Phone Call at the end of the week to see how the week went, ask questions, and make minor adjustments to your next weeks schedule.
Ideally have some running weekly base under you!
