This template is not a tailored program; for a more specific plan, consider the 1:1 run coaching service. Plan Details: - Duration: 10 weeks - Longest Run: 9 miles - Peak Weekly Milage: 31.5 miles, includes cross training days Weekly Plan Structure: - 1-2 speed runs per week - 1 long run - 3 easy runs (some days have strides) - 1 cross training day - 1 rest days
