I've spent 18+ years coaching ages from 10-75 to reach their goals! The majority of my athletes have been high school runners, one team who enjoyed a trip to Nike Cross Nationals as well as multiple podium finishes at the state level. I've worked with adults off and on throughout my time running, and I can give you scientific and personalized training whether your goals are to Boston qualify or if your goal is to complete a 5k.
