Using the principles of Jack Daniels' training methodology (VDOT), I will be helping you achieve your goal time in a half or full marathon. We will work together to review your goals, set up your plan, write specific and individualized workouts, and update the workouts as needed throughout the process. My aim is to see you cross the line happy, healthy, and ready to do it again!
Be able to run 20-25 miles a week before starting for marathon, 15-20 weeks for half marathon.
