Description

This program is designed to jump-start your running journey and help you compete in your first 5k or 10k. This is a great option for athletes coming back from prolonged rest or a newer runner looking to get started. You can expect 12 weeks of training to enable you to compete in a 5k, 8k, or 10k race, or be able to do the full or half marathon training package.

Minimum Requirements

Be able to run 3-5 days a week, or 10-15 miles per week.
