We will work together to achieve your biggest goals when it comes to racing and running. This is intended for athletes who'd like a lot of oversight and help in becoming a better runner. You can expect weekly check-ins, oversight on all workouts, an in-depth, custom training program, and the ability to work side by side with me. Athletes can plan on monthly calls, weekly messages, race reviews, workout comments, and the ability to modify training as needed.
Be able to run 3-6 days a week (based on goals), be a good communicator, be willing to work as a team, and aim to complete most of the workouts. Good attitude and great communication!
