My online coaching service gives you the opportunity to follow a bespoke running programme, track your progress, and receive expert support. INDIVIDUAL RUNNING PROGRAMMES Whether you want to run your first 5km, train for a sub-4-hour marathon, win your next triathlon, or simply get a bit fitter and leaner, I can create a personalised running programme to help you achieve your goals. TRACK YOUR PROGRESS ONLINE Your running programme will be uploaded to your own online portal, where you can follow the plan and monitor your progress. I’ll also keep an eye on your activity, adjust your programme when needed, and provide regular encouragement and advice. To get started, you’ll first complete a short running questionnaire so I can understand where you are now and where you want to be. Ongoing Support Includes: • Email and WhatsApp support • Initial consultation call • Optional strength sessions included Note: I’m very responsive via WhatsApp, so you’ll have no trouble getting in touch
