Individualized training plan based on your current fitness, goals and time/resources available for your training. Available for 5k, 10k, half marathon and marathon distances. Inspired by Jack Daniels' running formula, we use your unique VDOT value to set the paces for all your workouts, so you can focus 100% on the task at hand - the workouts! This ensures you are pushing to your potential while avoiding overtraining. Your training plan includes personalized weekly running workouts (quality sessions – e.g. hills, track, speed, long runs) and recovery runs. All workouts are uploaded to you via the VDOT platform and include your recommended pacing for each workout. Training plans comes with full use of the VDOT platform for you to takes notes and log your workout results, reps and splits so you can easily track performance and see your progress. The program is developed after an in-take interview and includes texting to ask questions and discuss training. The duration of the program is to be determined, priced monthly.
