This is a comprehensive engagement for the athlete looking to elevate their game. Personal coaching is an experience and commitment beyond following an individualized training plan, allowing your training to evolve with you as you progress and includes monthly in-person sessions. We partner to identify specific short term, long term and overall goals and work together to achieve those goals; whether it be a targeted race with a specific time goal or general improvement in running fitness, speed and endurance. I constantly review, evaluate and re-evaluate your workouts, adjusting your training to maximize your potential while avoiding the risk of overtraining. Personal coaching includes 3 running workouts (quality sessions – e.g. hills, track, speed, long runs), recovery runs and suggested stretching and recovery practices. All running workouts are uploaded via the VDOT platform and include your recommended pacing for each workout. Coaching subscriptions come with full use of the VDOT platform for you to takes notes and log your workout results, reps and splits so you can easily track performance and see your progress. The coach-athlete begins with an in-take interview and provides for ongoing feedback and support via unlimited emails, weekly calls and monthly in-person sessions (in NYC). *Discounted pricing available for longer term commitment upon request.
