A 16-week custom plan designed to help you reach your goals, whether that is a specific race, to build back fitness post-injury, or simply to train or stay sane through the winter. Customization is on an individual basis: I will create each winter training program plan one by one by one! PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING! *HOW TO RECEIVE THE MOST CUSTOMIZED PLAN POSSIBLE* After you purchase the plan you will be asked to fill out your running profile. Since your training calendar will be customized based on the information you enter, be as detailed as you can! Right off the bat you’ll see a section for NOTES/GOALS. Make sure you use that space to share any fitness-related info: what cross-training you do (if any and the days), any injuries you have or have had, and ANY AND ALL RACES you plan to run. Registered for any small races— INCLUDING those put on by NYRR or NYC RUNS—between January and May? Great. List 'em all! You'll also be asked about the days you are available to train, past training, and future goals. If you're currently cross-training please let me know what days you're doing those workouts and/or if you would like strength training in your calendar, which two days of the week you'd like that to happen. When I have received this information from you THEN I can get to work creating the group's plans one by one by one. Once I've finished creating your plan, you'll receive an email from me letting you know you're good to go. Some of other things to know! Group workouts will be Wednesdays from January 8-April 23 at 6:30 PM. A kickoff group run has been scheduled for the morning of Saturday, January 4 at Finish Line Physical Therapy.
