If you are training for a marathon, this is your best option! Work one-on-one with me and receive custom workouts uploaded to your V.02 training calendar each month. All workouts are customized based on your training history and current fitness. The V.02 app records your workouts and races so we can evaluate how they're going. A texting function within the app allows us to communicate about the workouts and your progress. You will have historical access to all your workouts and training paces which, as your fitness continues to improve, I'll update. If you're in need of a strength training program, I will add strength training workouts designed for runners with videos to your calendar. Along the way I'll guide you through how to fuel and hydrate your workouts and races to perform your best.
