Description

In this program, every runner of all fitness level will be offered a base phase of training. This is a way for you to introduce yourself as a runner to me whether you are a beginner or an experienced runner. Each athlete will get their own personalized training program.

As a distance runner and former student-athlete with multiple experience in high level training & competition, my main goal is to focus on providing a strong education while incorporating pride, character, confidence, strength, leadership, fair play, and ability to compete at the highest level possible. I am a Coach who treats all individuals as they belong. Whatever goals my athletes/clients have (current or future), I look forward into helping them achieve it as long as they stick to the process.
