Think you're ready to take on a tough challenge? Half Marathon & Full Marathon training is not for everyone and requires a lot of sacrifice and commitment whether you're aiming for a PR or looking to finish. In this program, the main focus is to make sure every runner is getting enough effective training to become race ready. Everyone will be offered different styles of training based on their personal goals. Being that these are longer distances, the mileage per week is the main key to keep an eye on. What does this program include? 1) Dynamic Warmup Routines 2) Nutrition Ideas/Advice 3) High Quality Training Loads 4) Base Phase Training 5) Pre Race Tapering 6) Strength/Core Workout Routines 7) Mental Preparation Skills
1) Must be willing to commit to the program 2) Continuous running is highly recommended being that most courses will have limits. 3) Must be willing to train up to 6 days a week especially for the full marathon training phase. 4) GPS Watch or Running App is Beneficial

As a distance runner and former student-athlete with multiple experience in high level training & competition, my main goal is to focus on providing a strong education while incorporating pride, character, confidence, strength, leadership, fair play, and ability to compete at the highest level possible. I am a Coach who treats all individuals as they belong. Whatever goals my athletes/clients have (current or future), I look forward into helping them achieve it as long as they stick to the process.
