Description

Cross Country is about both mental and physical preparation as well as gaining self confidence. In this program, all cross country runners from beginner to advanced will be offered a variety of ways on how to stay race ready and learning ways on peaking at the right time for post season. All divisions from Elementary school all the way up to Post Collegiate are welcome.

Minimum Requirements

All Cross Country athletes must be willing to commit the program itself. For the ones who running at the high school, collegiate, or running individually as an adult, you must be willing to work your way up to 40+ miles a week.

As a distance runner and former student-athlete with multiple experience in high level training & competition, my main goal is to focus on providing a strong education while incorporating pride, character, confidence, strength, leadership, fair play, and ability to compete at the highest level possible. I am a Coach who treats all individuals as they belong. Whatever goals my athletes/clients have (current or future), I look forward into helping them achieve it as long as they stick to the process.
