This style of training is the way to go to begin your road running journey especially for the ones who haven't ran long distance races before. If you've had experience running these events (on the track or the road), this training program should be an easy task for you. Everyone will have their own customized program depending on which events you want to focus on.

As a distance runner and former student-athlete with multiple experience in high level training & competition, my main goal is to focus on providing a strong education while incorporating pride, character, confidence, strength, leadership, fair play, and ability to compete at the highest level possible.
