Description

This style of training is the way to go to begin your road running journey especially for the ones who haven't ran long distance races before. If you've had experience running these events (on the track or the road), this training program should be an easy task for you. Everyone will have their own customized program depending on which events you want to focus on.

Minimum Requirements

1) GPS Watch or Running app is beneficial 2) Must be willing to commit to the program 3) Must be able to run up to 6 miles continuously
