Athletes who purchase a Remote plan will receive weekly training to work towards a specific running goal and near daily check-ins. Athletes will have access to the V.O2 online training calendar to facilitate training and track progress. Coach Tiffany will provide training modifications and encouragement through the V.O2 app and via email, text and phone as needed. Training will be tailored to the athlete's current fitness.
