Comprehensive Run Training: Your personalized plan will be uploaded to the VDOT app, detailing pacing and distances for each workout. Accessible anytime, anywhere via the VDOT app or website, you can seamlessly integrate your training into your routine. Progress Tracking: Sync your GPS data with the VDOT app's training log to monitor your progress and stay on course toward your goals. Who It's For: Our training plans are designed for self-motivated runners who thrive on independence and seek a structured program to follow. They're ideal for individuals who can manage and execute their training regimen without ongoing coaching support. What It Doesn't Include: Please note that our training plans do not provide ongoing support from a VDOT coach or incorporate ancillary components such as strength and mobility training.
