A 10k training plan designed to help you achieve your goals, whether it's your first 10k or a personal best! After you purchase the plan, an email will be sent to you with an athlete survey. I will review the survey and email you with any questions. Be sure to indicate when you were hoping to start the plan (day/date). It takes a minimum of 48-72 hours to publish a plan.
