Description

Work one-on-one with a coach and receive custom workouts uploaded to your online training calendar. All workouts are customized based on your training history and current fitness. Appropriate for all runner abilities! This subscription is for you if you are self-motivated but also seeking coaching feedback on a regular basis as well as modification of workouts based on how the training plan is going, life events, etc. Communication via email and the online VDOT calendar to answer any questions, I respond within 24-48 hours.

Minimum Requirements

Ideally committed for a minimum of 3 months to see longer-term gains and the process.
