Description

One-to-one private coaching with me, on an open-ended monthly basis. The goal is to help you become the best version yourself in whatever that may be as an athlete. It could be to compete in races or just be able to finish your first 5k. You may not want to race at all but would like to become a healthier version of yourself. I can help with that. After consultation, we will craft the right game plan for you, and get you ready to work through your custom plan delivered through the app.

Minimum Requirements

You should consult your doctor before deciding to start any new training. Once cleared, I will be happy to work with you at whatever level you come to me at. Just be prepared to work and have a positive attitude and we will get results!

I have been coaching for over 10 years and enjoying the sport of running for 15. I initially began walking/running at the age of 32 after being diagnosed of being at-risk for heart disease, obesity, and having high-cholesterol.
