This beginner half marathon Training plan includes 4 weeks of base training, 12 weeks of training for the half marathon, followed by 1 week of suggested recovery. Each week has a spiritual workout component which includes a Bible Verse or motivational quote along with a "Spiritual workout" on ways you can use that topic for the week and grow with Christ. Training Plan also Includes: • Consultation and a pre-race strategy call • Run 4-5 days/week + 2 rest days • Gradual build into weekly volume and post-run routines to minimize injury risk and get you prepared for workouts to come • Training paces specific to you • Run drills • Core and Stability Routine routines • Suggested YouTube Videos to help with strength and recovery • Interactive calendar that syncs to your GPS watch so I can track your progress
