Upcoming Marathon Plans will be published as follows: -NEW YORK CITY MARATHON - July 5th -PHILLY, VALENCIA, and CIM will all be posted on July 8, with special 19 + 21 week programs so you can slide right in with noname practice. If you're training for a race not covered here, or you need your plan to be altered slightly based on fitness or multiple races, send coach a note using the (+) button in the lower right hand corner of your calendar. We want everyone in our community to feel equipped with a plan. Whatever your situation, we'll figure it out!
